In This Job You Will

This internship provides hands-on exposure to airline fare management, pricing processes, and ATC (Automated Ticket Changer) claim operations within Amadeus. The intern will support the Pricing and ATC Claims Team through fare validation, data extraction, ATC report generation, quality checks, and first-level investigations using industry-standard tools such as ATPCO Fare Manager, BSPLink/ARC, and IATA references. The internship aims to build foundational skills in fare pricing logic, ticketing rules, and investigative methods used in the airline revenue and pricing ecosystem.

ATC Log Extraction & Report Generation

  • Extract ATC logs and generate reports using Amadeus fare tools.
  • Ensure accuracy of logs, parameters, and documentation. Output: Timely, accurate ATC reports ready for analyst review.

Fare Repricing Using System Commands

  • Use FQP/FQD commands to reprice and validate fares.
  • Retrieve and document fare notes, rules, and Rec1Rec3 details. Output: Correct repricing results with complete fare documentation.

Quality Checking of Claim Cases

  • Review claim case details, validate CRC tags, and extract key ticketing and rule information.
  • Assist in documenting findings. Output: Correctly classified cases with organized data for analyst review.

FirstLevel Investigation Support

  • Crosscheck fare details in ATPCO Fare Manager and verify compliance with IATA resolutions.
  • Support baseline investigation for disputes. Output: Accurate fare validations with clear investigation notes.

About The Ideal Candidate

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Aviation, Travel, Tourism, or related fields).
  • Can start as soon as possible
  • Strong interest in Customer Service and the airline/travel industry.
  • Basic fundamental knowledge with ticketing processes, including reissuance, refunds, and pricing, is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of airline operations, and claims handling and investigation.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems and Amadeus Ticket Changer is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn. Strong communication skills
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig under a Hybrid Work Setup (2-3 days a week onsite)
