Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Cebu on a full-time basis with travelling obligations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include market analysis and identifying sales opportunities.

Your key responsibilities:

• Drive and develop international sales across existing and new markets
• Build, manage, and support a global distributor network
• Maintain good relations with
• Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and operations
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to support strategic decision-making
• Represent the company in trade fairs, customer meetings, and global events

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in international sales and business development
• A strong track record of growing B2B sales
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Prior experience from sauna industry or sales are an advantage
• Fluent in English, any other language skills are considered as an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
