Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Property Specialist, based in Bacoor, Cavite with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility and to work overseas. The International Property Specialist will be responsible for marketing and selling residential real estate properties to both local and international clients. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, managing client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their property purchase journey. The role will also involve collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales performance, preferably with established real estate developers.
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate markets.
  • Advanced proficiency in consultative sales strategies and client acquisition.
  • Minimum of 2 years real estate experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or completion of at least 72 university units.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth local and international clients.
  • Strategically market and sell luxury residential and commercial real estate properties.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert high-value leads to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Build, expand, and maintain a strong international client and partner network.
  • Deliver an elevated, end-to-end customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and external partners to execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Operate independently while contributing effectively within a hybrid, performance-driven team environment.
