Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an International Property Specialist based in Metro Manila. The role involves engaging with potential clients, fostering strong customer relationships, and promoting residential real estate properties. Responsibilities include participating in sales activities, providing tailored solutions for client needs, explaining property features and investment opportunities, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and offerings. Collaborative work with the sales team and contributing to marketing strategies will also be part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build client relationships and address inquiries.
• Digitally inclined and expert in FB Ads.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing deals, to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, on-site environment.
• Strong network both Local & International is an advantage.
