Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Property Specialist, based in Muntinlupa City. The International Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and marketing residential and commercial real estate products by Ayala Land, Inc. and its subsidiaries. The role involves generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating real estate transactions. The role also requires attending events, presenting properties to prospective clients, and staying updated on market trends and developments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse clients across different cultures
• Experience in Residential Real Estate and/or Commercial Real Estate, with knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Proficiency in Sales and lead generation to drive transactions and meet targets
• Self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with international real estate markets and trends is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Muntinlupa City and occasionally travel as needed for events or client engagements
