Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Property Specialist. Responsibilities include promoting and selling real estate properties developed by Ayala Land and its subsidiaries, building and maintaining relationships with local and international clients, delivering excellent customer service, and generating leads for property sales. The role requires understanding client needs, showcasing property features, and aligning offerings with their preferences.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in real estate
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Leadership skills with experience in managing teams
• Ability to coordinate and manage events and road shows
• Strong analytical and market trend monitoring skills
• Experience in international sales and marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in online and digital marketing tools
• Preferably with active US Visa
