Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila for an International Property Specialist. The role involves promoting and selling Ayala Land's real estate properties to local and international clients, building relationships with potential buyers, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will also conduct property viewings, participate in events and roadshows, and stay updated on market trends to effectively address client requirements and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and connections with clients globally.
• Experience in Sales and proficiency in identifying client needs and closing deals effectively.
• Knowledge in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate, including market trends and property valuation.
• Proven ability to work independently while meeting sales goals and providing excellent client support.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and engage with an international client base effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
