Job Description

An Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Employee Engagement
  • Develop and implement the company's employee engagement strategy
  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of engagement surveys and use insights to create action plans with HR Business Partners and stakeholders.
  • Drive culture-building initiatives such as recognition programs, employee communities, DEI efforts, and wellness programs.
  • Plan and execute organization-wide employee programs including CSR activities and milestone celebrations.
  • Oversee annual engagement calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Internal Communications
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive internal communications strategy covering announcements, newsletters, internal websites, etc.
  • Ensure timely, clear, and consistent communication across digital channels (email, intranet, chat platforms, digital displays, etc.).
  • Project Management and Strategy
  • Track and measure program effectiveness using data, KPIs, and employee feedback.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on engagement trends and recommendations and research best practices to continuously evolve engagement methodologies and communication approaches.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Has at least 5 years of relevant years of work experience in internal communications and employee engagement role
  • Has the ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management, and organizational skills
