An Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for:
Employee Engagement
Develop and implement the company's employee engagement strategy
Lead the design, execution, and analysis of engagement surveys and use insights to create action plans with HR Business Partners and stakeholders.
Drive culture-building initiatives such as recognition programs, employee communities, DEI efforts, and wellness programs.
Plan and execute organization-wide employee programs including CSR activities and milestone celebrations.
Oversee annual engagement calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Internal Communications
Develop and manage a comprehensive internal communications strategy covering announcements, newsletters, internal websites, etc.
Ensure timely, clear, and consistent communication across digital channels (email, intranet, chat platforms, digital displays, etc.).
Project Management and Strategy
Track and measure program effectiveness using data, KPIs, and employee feedback.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on engagement trends and recommendations and research best practices to continuously evolve engagement methodologies and communication approaches.
Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any field
Has at least 5 years of relevant years of work experience in internal communications and employee engagement role
Has the ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent project management, and organizational skills
