Location: Philippines - Pampanga (Angeles)

Schedule: Morning shift

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Services Regulation & Compliance
  • Support and deliver engagements relating to Australian financial services regulation, including:
  • Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) frameworks
  • AUSTRAC compliance, including risk assessments, program design, reviews and remediation
  • APRA‑regulated environments, including governance, risk management and control expectations
  • Broader ASIC and Corporations Act obligations where relevant
  • Assist in reviewing and assessing client policies, procedures and controls against regulatory expectations
  • Support remediation programs arising from regulatory reviews, internal audits or independent assurance findings
  • Maintain awareness of emerging regulatory developments and industry expectations affecting financial services clients

Qualification and requirements:

Education Requirements:

  • Essential
  • Relevant tertiary degree and/or qualification

Demonstrated Experience and Attributes:

  • Essential
  • Strong Communication Skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Strong report writing skills;
  • Process mapping skills;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Organised, reliable and self-motivated;
  • Understanding of effective governance processes and controls, including compliance operational and performance focussed reviews;
  • Understanding of risk management (risk assessment, mitigation and remediation) and the ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard
  • Awareness and understanding of business and risks impacting clients; and
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio

Desirable:

  • Previous work experience in Professional Services

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Strong report writing skills;
  • Process mapping skills;
  • Strong understanding of AML/CTF (nice to have)
  • Understanding in AUSTRAC Compliance and APRA regulated environments (nice to have)
  • With strong experience in ASIC and Corporations Act (nice to have)
  • Awareness and understanding of business and risks impacting clients; and
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
