We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in various finance functions, including financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
About the role- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Assisting with financial data analysis and generating reports.
- Preparing financial statements and performance metrics.
- Supporting budget preparation and forecasting activities.
- Data Management:
- Updating and maintaining financial records and databases.
- Assisting with data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Analyzing historical financial data to identify trends.
- Accounting Support:
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Preparing invoices and processing expense reimbursements.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Assisting with internal audits and compliance checks.
- Ensuring financial procedures and documentation adhere to company policies.
- Administrative and Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within the finance department.
- Assisting with special projects and financial modeling as needed.
- Conducting research and preparing presentations for financial meetings.
What we are looking
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field.
- With genuine enthusiasm for the finance industry and current market trends.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
