General Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute internal events, team-building activities, and culture moments that foster connection in a hybrid/office environment.
- Manage employee engagement surveys (Pulse surveys, eNPS), analyze the results, and help draft action plans to improve workplace morale.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Support the end-to-end execution of training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
- Assist in developing or sourcing engaging learning materials and resources to help employees upskill and grow.
Performance & Talent Management
- Provide administrative and communication support during performance review cycles, helping managers and employees navigate the process.
- Assist the Talent team in documenting career frameworks and development toolkits that help employees visualize their future with the company.
Talent Communication & Internal Marketing
- Act as the creative lead for internal communicationsdrafting newsletters, Slack announcements, and intranet updates that make HR initiatives feel exciting and accessible.
- Ensure all talent-related messaging is consistent, transparent, and aligned with our company values.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain monthly HR dashboards tracking metrics monitoring talent management metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
General Talent Support
- Provide general support on high-priority People projects, ensuring high-quality execution of day-to-day talent operations.
- Organize and update our internal Talent Library to ensure all development and performance resources are easy to find and use.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Communication, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Instructional Design (ID), adult learning models, and training evaluation methods.
- Proven ability to coordinate events or projects, with strong professional writing skills for internal and external audiences.
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace and Canva.
- Exposure to LMS, HRIS, or Data Visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employee engagement trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on driving results and team performance.
