About the Role
We're looking for a Product Delivery Intern to support the seamless delivery and optimization of our AI voice automation solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with our Product Delivery and Operations teams to bridge the gap between product development and client implementation.
You'll play a hands-on role in enhancing the quality and performance of our voice bots, from optimizing AI scripts to conducting quality assurance and audio analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.
Preferably, candidates should be able to commit at least 600 hours or more during the internship period.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in optimizing AI conversation scripts to enhance dialogue flow and response accuracy.
- Support NLU (Natural Language Understanding) improvements for better intent detection and detail extraction.
- Help fine-tune ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) to improve accuracy across various accents and acoustic environments.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on speech-to-text conversion and intent recognition.
- Perform recording analysis to identify potential areas for bot improvement.
- Report bugs and suggest enhancements to the product or delivery teams.
- Edit and clean audio files to improve voice clarity and listener engagement.
- Assist part-time staff with ongoing tasks while collaborating on AI system updates.
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to workflow improvements through automation or system enhancements.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
- Ideally able to commit a minimum of 600 hours for the duration of the internship.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curious and eager to learn about AI technologies and product delivery processes.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
