Your Role
The Process Assurance Staff supports the Process Assurance (PA) Head to meet the established standards set by the Sector. Duties include maintaining strong overall quality control of processes adhering to reliability performance and customer expectation. In the course of performing process assurance activities, the OT Staff may be required to assist in the process improvement initiatives of Business Process Management (BPM) as part of the Sector's continuous improvement agenda.
How can you contribute
- Implement process and quality assurance policies and procedures such as testing of key process touch points.
- Perform routine inspections and quality tests.
- Assist in evaluating existing business processes.
- Assist in determining impactful process improvements.
- Resolve workflow and production issues with the concerned parties.
- Propose solutions and/or recommendations to identified issues.
- Maintain an orderly documentation of process and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor risk management through data-driven tracker, quality indicators and issue log trend.
- Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Internal Audit, Business, Banking, Finance.
- Banking experience is preferred but not required
- Relevant experience in audit, advisory, and assurance is preferred
- Any process improvement certifications (i.e., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus
