Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Assuming responsibility for the results of simple projects or sections of projects.
- Using a combination of standard and modified specifications and techniques in addition to those developed in previous assignments for the purposes of solving problems.
- Undertaking and interpreting information, production of designs and computations under the guidance of Senior Consultants.
- At all times exhibit behaviour, consistent with that of a professional member of WSP.
- Providing suggestions of information's to clients.
- Preparing reports and other documentation under broad supervision.
- Liaising with project managers and other team members to develop project briefings and sourcing information.
- Applies technical/functional capabilities to the job.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Degree in Architecture / Engineering or any other Environmental relevant qualification s.
- Problem solving/analytical skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to independently use basic theoretical knowledge of Sustainability/Engineering principles to analyse, interpret and conclude on standard matters or decisions.
- Knowledge and ability to apply technical standards (LEED, WELL, etc)
