Interior Designer (Full-Time, Remote)
We are an interior design firm focused on creating thoughtful, functional, and refined interior spaces. We're looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team and support projects from concept through execution.
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into well-planned, buildable interiors. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to develop space plans, produce detailed construction drawings, and curate FF&E selections that align with both design intent and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop functional and aesthetically cohesive interior design concepts
- Create detailed space planning layouts and design proposals
- Produce accurate construction drawings and technical documentation
- Select and specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Refine design drawings and documentation based on feedback and project needs
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and construction standards
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining a high level of detail
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong expertise in space planning and architectural design principles
- Proven experience producing construction drawings and technical documentation
- Solid background in interior design and FF&E selection
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and 3DS Max
- Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
