Interior Designer

We are a leading UAE-based real estate developer committed to delivering innovative, high-quality, and sustainable spaces across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team.

The role requires a strong foundation in concept-driven design, with the ability to translate client briefs and project visions into creative, functional, and aesthetically compelling interior environments. The Interior Designer will be expected to develop and communicate design concepts through mood boards, material palettes, spatial layouts, and visual presentations.

A clear understanding of design narratives, themes, and user experience is essential, particularly across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The candidate should be capable of balancing creativity with practicality, ensuring that concepts are aligned with project constraints such as budget, timelines, and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to carry a design concept from initial ideation through to detailed documentation, maintaining design integrity while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Attention to detail, innovation, and adaptability are key to delivering high-quality, cohesive design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support interior design projects from concept stage through to full IFC (Issued for Construction) documentation
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations using industry-standard design software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and functionality
• Present design concepts and revisions, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance outcomes
• Ensure designs align with project objectives, budgets, and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Prepare specifications and construction documentation
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed according to specifications and quality standards

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in interior design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of all design phases from concept to IFC documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
