Job Title: EDI Integration Specialist (Contract‑Based)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced EDI specialist to support testing, certification, mapping, and ongoing enhancements for our trading partner integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Testing

• Oversee testing & certification for new EDI partners
• Set up mappings & transaction documents
• Validate transactions and test scenarios
• Align EDI configuration with ERP

Go‑Live Monitoring

• Monitor transactions during first two weeks post‑launch
• Troubleshoot PO, ASN, invoice, credit memo errors
• Resolve mapping mismatches quickly

Mapping Governance

• Review mappings in True Commerce Mapping Manager
• Maintain consistency across partners
• Ensure Sporticulture mapping standards

Ongoing Support

• Support future partner expansions
• Update integrations based on compliance changes
• Run transaction audits as needed

Preferred Experience

• TrueCommerce
• SPS Commerce
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• True Commerce Mapping Manager
• Strong EDI mapping & troubleshooting skills
