Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions, driving discussions on transformation, and ensuring that both technology and business solutions align with business requirements. You will engage with various stakeholders to facilitate the customer journey and contribute to functional and application designs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. - Analyze and document business requirements to create effective integration strategies. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance integration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). - Strong understanding of data integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with database technologies and SQL. - Ability to design and implement data flow processes efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). - This position is based at our Manila office.
