Overview
- We plan to hire an Integrated Maintenance Senior Associate (dedicated IDC Engineer), primarily responsible for the safe production and stable operation of Internet Data Centers (IDC) and Base Stations (BTS). This position will be responsible for all regional IDC maintenance activities, undertake IDC professional task dispatching from headquarters, and supervise the execution and allocation of regional work.
- The role will also handle IDC-specific tasks arranged according to actual operational needs of SLZ, assist the warehouse administrator in managing IDC and base station spare parts and materials, concurrently support Base Station maintenance, lead energy-saving and consumption-reduction initiatives, and apply Python-based tools for data processing, automation, and operational analysis.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensure safe production and stable operation of IDC facilities and base stations
- Perform regional IDC maintenance, routine inspection, and troubleshooting
- Undertake IDC-related task dispatching from headquarters and supervise regional execution
- Execute IDC-specialized tasks based on SLZ operational requirements
- Lead and implement energy-saving and consumption-reduction initiatives, including:
- Power efficiency optimization
- Abnormal energy consumption analysis
- Operational cost control
- Handle fault management, including troubleshooting, remote acceptance, and on-site acceptance
- Process and manage work orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with warehouse operations, including materials and spare parts management for IDC and base stations
Utilize Python for:
- Operational data collection and logging
- Automation of routine maintenance and reporting tasks
- Data analysis to support decision-making and efficiency improvement
Support daily operations across a wide geographical region with critical network support tasks, requiring substantial on-site coordination and management effort
Ensure emergency recovery and service restoration in case of system or facility failures
Employment Standards
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and professional integrity

- Possession of relevant maintenance and operation certificates as required by the role
- Relevant working experience preferred; good character and professional ethics required
- Must meet regional deployment requirements; permanent residence in the assigned area or willingness to reside long-term
- Must hold a valid driver's license or be able to obtain one within a short period
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Responsible for the maintenance of the company's site, DC room.
- Responsible for emergency recovery in case of problems.
- Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the computer room
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in telecommunications operations, IDC/data center operations, or infrastructure maintenance
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering (Communications, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics), Information Technology, or related technical fields
- Proficiency in Python for automation, data processing, and operational analysis
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is an advantage
- Proficient in daily inspection and maintenance of data centers and base stations
- Strong capability in emergency handling and recovery operations
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
