Overview
We plan to hire an OSP Transmission Line Integrated Maintenance Senior Associate, primarily responsible for the safe operation, routine maintenance, and stability assurance of OSP transmission networks (including fiber optic cables, ducts, poles, and related infrastructure). This position will take charge of all regional OSP transmission line maintenance activities, undertake professional OSP task dispatching from headquarters, and supervise the execution quality, progress, and resource allocation of regional OSP works.
The role will also handle OSP-specific maintenance tasks arranged according to the actual operational needs of SLZ, support fault troubleshooting, emergency restoration, preventive maintenance, and line optimization. In addition, the position will assist the warehouse administrator in managing OSP spare parts, tools, and materials, coordinate with base station and IDC teams on transmission-related issues, lead initiatives on loss reduction, fault rate reduction, and network reliability improvement, and apply Python-based tools for data processing, automation, route analysis, and maintenance performance evaluation. Includes MW equipment maintenance.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Responsible for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of the company's OSP transmission infrastructure, including fiber optic cables, ducts, poles, handholes, and related outside plant facilities.
Responsible for emergency fault handling and service restoration of OSP transmission lines, ensuring rapid recovery in case of fiber cuts, equipment damage, or other network incidents.
Responsible for routine patrol, preventive maintenance, and condition assessment of OSP transmission routes to ensure network stability and reliability.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in telecommunications operations, OSP transmission line maintenance, fiber network maintenance, or related infrastructure maintenance fields.
Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering (Communications, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics), Information Technology, or other related technical disciplines.
Proficiency in Python for automation, data processing, maintenance analysis, and operational efficiency improvement is preferred.
Proficient in OSP daily inspection, fiber testing (OTDR, power meter), fault localization, and routine maintenance procedures.
Strong capability in emergency response, fault troubleshooting, and restoration coordination for transmission networks.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and complete maintenance and restoration work efficiently under pressure.
