We're looking for a Legal Intake Specialist with Employment Law experience to join our remote team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported while guiding them through the intake process.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage with potential Employment Law clients via phone and email, providing a professional and empathetic first impression.
- Conduct initial client assessments, focusing on personal injury eligibility, and collect detailed case information.
- Leverage your sales and communication skills to convert inquiries into active cases.
- Organize and gather medical and case-related documents to streamline workflows for the legal team.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Assist in drafting intake summaries, demand letters, and other legal documents.
- Deliver exceptional service that builds client trust and enhances our firm's reputation.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in U.S. law is required (intake, case management, or similar).
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
- At least 1+ years of client-facing experience (legal intake, sales, or customer service).
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Reliable home-office setup:
- Laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above)
- Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
