Job Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our International Insurance Account in Alabang.

The successful candidate will provide professional assistance to customers regarding insurance-related concerns, account inquiries, billing, and other service requests. Excellent English communication skills and previous insurance or billing experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience
• Minimum 12 months of Insurance or Billing experience
• Insurance account experience is required
• Voice account experience is required
• International account experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Minimum CEFR C1 English proficiency
• High School or Senior High School graduate accepted
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding insurance-related concerns.
• Assist customers with policy and account inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding insurance services, coverage, and billing.
• Address customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Process requests and transactions according to established procedures.
• Verify and update customer information when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex or sensitive concerns to the appropriate department.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Protect customer information and follow company confidentiality and compliance policies.
