Brokerage
Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination
- Support policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.
- Coordinate with multiple insurance carriers for policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates.
- Issue and process policy endorsements using broker management systems (e.g., AMS, Applied Epic, or similar).
- Act as an intermediary between clients, agents, and insurers, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
- Ensure all policy documentation and servicing processes comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Billing, Premium & Receivables Management
- Manage and resolve billing discrepancies, premium adjustments, and payment‑related issues.
- Handle premium collections, receivables inquiries, and account reconciliations.
- Respond to billing‑related questions from insureds, agents, and carriers with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulated industry standards.
High‑Volume Communication & Call Handling
- Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls involving insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for policy and billing inquiries in a brokerage or agency setting.
- Provide clear explanations of policy changes, billing details, and next steps to stakeholders.
- Maintain service level expectations in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
