The Opportunity
Join a founderled insurance brokerage where you'll provide handson operational support across domestic insurance renewals. This role focuses on renewal preparation, systembased quoting, documentation, and compliance, allowing the broker to stay focused on client advisory and relationship management.
You will support the full renewal process from prerenewal preparation through to policy issuance. All work is reviewed and approved by the Senior Broker prior to being sent to clients, making this an ideal role for someone who values accuracy, structure, and learning the right way to do things.

What You'll Do
- Prepare prerenewal documentation and ensure client and policy data are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Obtain renewal quotes via quoting systems and insurer portals
- Prepare renewal summaries and draft brokerapproved email templates
- Support renewal touchpoints with clients using approved correspondence
- File all renewalrelated correspondence accurately to maintain auditready records
- Provide daytoday administrative and renewal support so the broker can focus on advisory work
Key Criteria
- Experience in insurance broking support, insurance administration, or similar operational roles
- Understanding of domestic insurance renewals and quoting workflows
- Comfortable working with quoting platforms and broking systems
- Strong written communication and document preparation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Processdriven mindset with a focus on compliance and accuracy
- Experience with WinBEAT is required.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Queensland hours (6:30 AM to 3:30 PM PHT) Fulltime onsite for the first 3–6 months during probation, then transitions to a hybrid setup with a minimum of 3 days inoffice and 2 days work from home
