Job description
1. Must know how to drive and be willing to drive the company vehicle (SUV and Sedan)
2. Must be well –versed in the use of navigating apps (waze/ google maps)
3. Has an in-depth experience in Small Claims, and is willing to be the representative of the company during the said proceedings.
4. Knows how to effectively coordinate with Court Staffs, Sheriffs, and Government Offices (RD, Post Office, Municipal/ City Treasury).
5. Must be willing and is able to facilitate the swift and proper execution of writs together with the Sheriff.
6. Must be willing to serve writs of execution and other court processes together with the Sheriff or individually.
7. Must be willing to do fieldwork in the nearby provinces.
8. Must have an experience in the drafting and filing of the following:
a. Judicial Affidavit
b. Affidavit of Service
c. Motion for Issuance of Writ of Execution
