We are hiring 10 motivated and highly trainable Insurance Associates to join a fast-growing remote team supporting U.S.-based insurance agencies.

This is an entry-level to mid-level opportunity designed for professionals who want to build a long-term career in Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance. No prior insurance experience is required — we provide structured training on U.S. insurance systems, workflows, and client service standards.

What You'll Do

• Support Personal and Commercial Lines insurance processing
• Perform accurate data entry and policy documentation
• Assist with endorsements, renewals, and certificates
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and agency staff
• Follow structured insurance workflows and compliance guidelines
• Maintain high accuracy and turnaround standards
• Support administrative and client service tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Willing to work overnight (U.S. time zone)
• Windows computer (required)
• Dual monitor setup (or willing to purchase immediately)
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• High attention to detail
• Coachable and process-driven
• Able to start immediately
• Insurance or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
