Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Makati, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, understanding their insurance and financial needs, and providing tailored products and services. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships, evaluating financial risks, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role also entails regular training and staying up-to-date with industry trends to offer the best solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong knowledge in Finance and financial planning
• Exceptional Customer Service and relationship management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in sales or the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
