Global Pacific Support is looking for experienced
Insurance Agents who are highly proficient in the
Ezlynx system to join and help build our pioneering team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take on a key role in establishing a strong foundation for our insurance operations. Has strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of insurance processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent, preferably in U.S.-based insurance operations
- Extensive hands-on expertise with the EZLynx insurance management platform including quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation tools
- Ability to train and demonstrate EZLynx features clearly and effectively to management and team members
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows, including client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex system processes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote setup
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup
