Job Description
We are looking for Insurance Agents to support clients with policy questions, claims, and coverage inquiries, ensuring accurate and professional service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide guidance on policies, claims, and coverage
- Assist clients with submissions and updates
- Record all interactions accurately
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors
- Maintain quality and client satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on insurance systems and processes
Requirements
- At least Vocational/College Graduate
- Strong English communication
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and solution-driven
- Basic computer skills
- Must be amenable to work on-site
