Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and adapt learning content (live, virtual, self-paced).
  • Apply best practices for engaging and inclusive learning.
  • Partner with SMEs and L&D team to design targeted content.
  • Maintain standardized templates and content repository.
  • Support content updates based on learner feedback and performance.
  • Develop modules in applicable software; upload to LMS.

KSAs:

  • Instructional design tools and techniques
  • LMS publishing tools (e.g., iSpring, EasyGenerator)
  • Strong visual design and editing skills
  • Ability to coach SMEs on content development

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or equivalent
  • 35 yearsof experience in instructional design with portfolio samples
