Why Join Getz Pharma as an Institutional Business Specialist (Government Tender)

As an Institutional Business Specialist (Government Tender), you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening Getz Pharma's presence in institutional channels, including Government and LGU accounts. You will support the Manager in identifying growth opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of institutional sales strategies.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned institutional accounts, working closely with distributor partners to manage daily operations and deliver sustainable business results aligned with the Getz Pharma brand.

Drive Institutional Growth Through Strong Account Management

  • Achieve ex-GPPI sales targets for assigned institutional accounts
  • Ensure 100% participation in all Government bid invitations through partner distributors
  • Execute account-level strategies to meet sales and revenue objectives
  • Implement discount and sales plans aligned with assigned channels and accounts

Lead Tender & Government Account Execution

  • Oversee the tender submission process, including document review, record-keeping, and on-time submission
  • Track tender timelines, status, and results
  • Identify and support partnerships with strategic institutional and sub-distributors to maximize LGU opportunities
  • Ensure timely and effective participation in tenders that drive revenue generation

Collaborate Across Teams for Seamless Execution

  • Work closely with Marketing to align initiatives and best practices that support prescribing impact
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure stock availability and optimal inventory levels
  • Partner with Getz Healthcare (GHC) counterparts to ensure timely processing and delivery of purchase orders
  • Act as the main coordination point for distribution partners to ensure alignment with ex-GPPI targets

Build Strong Relationships With Key Decision Makers

  • Map territory potential and identify new Key Decision Makers (KDMs)
  • Develop and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with key institutional stakeholders
  • Strengthen Getz Pharma's credibility and presence within assigned accounts

Monitor Performance & Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Regularly monitor territory performance using dashboards and trackers
  • Track execution of strategies in major institutional accounts
  • Monitor ex-distributor sales and market trends within the assigned territory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, including 23 years in Government or Institutional Sales
  • Established relationships with Government institutions, industrial accounts, and sub-distributors
