Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Installation Review Coordinator. The Installation Review Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing installation processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with installation teams, analyzing project workflows, and identifying areas for process improvement. Additionally, the coordinator will provide support and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless installations.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage installation reviews and ensure timely project execution
  • Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing technical documentation and project workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking to identify and implement process improvements
  • Attention to detail and ability to enforce compliance with company standards
  • Familiarity with remote working tools and project management software
  • Experience in installation processes or project coordination is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
