About the Role
As a Practice Development Specialist (PDS), you'll own a portfolio of accounts and drive growth through outbound sales, relationship management, and consultative engagement. This is a phone-based, target-driven role where your ability to influence and build trust directly impacts revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales through calls, video meetings, and follow-ups
- Manage and grow a book of business to increase sales and client engagement
- Use consultative selling to identify client needs and recommend solutions
- Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Conduct onboarding, training, and performance reviews with clients
- Handle objections, influence stakeholders, and close sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets consistently
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years equivalent experience in sales-related roles
- At least 1 year proven experience in:
- Sales / Account Management / Field Sales / Telephone Sales / Collections
- Strong outbound sales and consultative selling experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs/targets
- Experience managing and growing client accounts (upsell/cross-sell)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- At least 30 Mbps wired internet connection
- Willing to work shifting
- Amenable to onsite training + hybrid setup
Good-to-Have
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Background in financial services or credit products
- Experience conducting video-based sales meetings
- Multilingual or bilingual skills
