About the Role

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing ClimateTech SaaS company that's transforming how engineering firms assess and manage infrastructure risk. Their AI-powered platform is replacing outdated manual processes, helping clients deliver compliant solutions up to 90% faster.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound prospecting. You'll identify and engage decision-makers in engineering, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectorsbooking demos and building relationships that fuel the company's expansion.

What You'll Do

Execute outbound prospecting to engage senior decision-makers at engineering firms and EPCs

Develop deep product fluency to articulate value to technical buyers

Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book demos and introductory meetings

Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with disciplined follow-up and accurate data

Provide market feedback on objections, trends, and competitor insights

What We're Looking For

2+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience (SaaS, Industrial Tech, or Engineering Services preferred)

Strong outbound prospecting skills with a track record of meeting pipeline targets

Ability to have confident conversations with technical buyers and subject matter experts

Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo

Self-starter mindset comfortable in a fast-paced startup where you'll help shape processes

Nice to Have

Familiarity with electrical engineering standards, infrastructure risk management, or compliance frameworks

Interest in climate technology and renewable energy sectors

Schedule & Compensation

9:00 AM 5:00 PM PHT (flexibility required during the first 3 weeks for training)

Salary up to PHP 40,000 (depending on experience)

100% work from home
