Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Taguig. The role involves actively engaging with potential customers to generate leads, managing accounts, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and building long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales practices and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
