The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing day-to-day support for quoting and order management activities within assigned accounts. This role requires a solid understanding of internal systems and processes, along with knowledge of the company's go-to-market strategy and partner-facing applications. The Inside Sales Representative ensures that customer needs are met accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. As a key member of the Inside Sales team, the Inside Sales Representative will play a proactive role in maintaining account knowledge and driving operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Quoting:
Respond to customer inquiries, requests for quotes, and order processing requirements within designated timeframes.
Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned accounts and ensure that customer expectations are met.
Operational Management:
Possess in-depth knowledge of the organization tools, processes, and partner-facing applications to build and validate technical configurations.
Provide proactive support to assigned accounts, including tracking orders and providing detailed reporting to stakeholders.
Work with Direct and Indirect sources of supply to ensure efficient quoting and order processing.
Collaboration & Team Support:
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to support high-performance culture and achieve financial targets.
Assist in the onboarding and mentoring of new Inside Sales team members.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business X or Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Finance X or Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field X A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 years progressive experience in a related field X Other Work Experience Minimum of two years sales and or sales support experience in the information technology industry Licenses and Certifications Licenses/Certifications Req Pref And/Or Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks with a focus on accuracy and timely completion.
Proactive: Takes initiative to manage customer requirements and ensure operational excellence.
Team Player: Works effectively with other team members and stakeholders to drive success.
Proficiency in WWT tools, processes, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
