Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our Service Department by managing sales process for price quotes and renewal efforts for service contracts.

The ideal candidate combines strong customer communication skills with sales acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple quote opportunities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Quote Development & Sales

Deliver pre-generated service quotes in a timely manner

Reconfirm that all the necessary stakeholders/decision makers are viewing the quote to facilitate moving it along to close win.

Communicate with customer to ensure they understand why it is important for them to accept the quote/scope of work and the potential downside for rejecting it.

Follow up on open quotes to drive approvals and close opportunities

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (preventative maintenance, upgrades, service agreements, etc.)

Process & Coordination

Maintain accurate quote activity records in CRM and ERP systems

Coordinate scheduling handoffs after quote approval

Assist with service agreement renewals and recurring revenue initiatives

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer success, inside sales, service coordination, or related field

Experience Preparing Quotes Or Estimates Preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interpret technical information (mechanical, electrical, or service-based industries preferred)

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
