Inplant Supervisor

Bachelor (required), preferably Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.

Professional License is a plus.

At least three (3) years of supervisory and technical experience in plant operations, utilities, and equipment maintenance.

Strong knowledge in in-plant machineries, utilities equipment, fishmeal plant equipment, air compressors, generators set and electrical switchgears.

Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance, Project planning, cost estimation and equipment modification.

Familiar with GMP, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

With strong leadership, problem solving, and coordination skills.

Computer literate and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
