JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing support in ensuring that project objectives for the Experience Design practice are met. A Senior Associate is expected to provide guidance and supervision to their designated staff during a project.
GENERIC CAPABILITIES:

- Study the client's systems and its functionalities to design the to-be process and identify improvement points
- Assist in the achievement of project objectives and work closely with the manager to ensure outcomes consistently meet or surpass client expectations. Develop a comprehensive understanding of leading industry standards and best practices, applying them as benchmarks for successful client engagements.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing personas and customer journey maps to inform business strategies across all client engagements.
- Conduct experience-led business process analyses under the oversight of the Manager, identifying areas that could benefit from improvement or optimization
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Marketing or Economics, Business Management or Administration
Relevant Experience Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience related to any of the following:
- Consulting services
- Customer experience management-related role (e.g., customer experience design, customer journey mapping, etc.)
- Transformation
- Innovation
- Sales Strategy
- Marketing Strategy
- Business Process Management
- UI/UX Design
- Project Management
Competencies
- Provide support in managing engagements and clients
- Maintain a well-balanced work between team and Manager
- Assist in the execution of projects according to the defined approach and methodology with guidance from Managers
- Provide support in gathering data, conducting discovery sessions and/or workshops with clients to understand the customer or user journey, and processes through interviews and walkthroughs with the client counterparts
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and risks
- Support Managers in business development activities (i.e., attend meetings with clients together with the Manager to understand their needs and provide relevant insights and solutions, draft proposals in line with clients needs)
- Conduct research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations to clients
- Review output of the team to ensure quality output and provide guidance to staff
- Monitor staff s development
- Comply with the mandatory learnings and attend trainings, including pro-active self-registration
- Analyze the client's business processes, perform gap analysis and outline business process improvements
- Participate in business process improvement reviews and develop optimization strategies
- Use standards, best practices, business process tools and techniques to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management initiatives

- Flexible and is willing to work in client sites within or beyond Metro Manila and is open for secondment in other EY offices
