Job Expertise: With at least 1 year related experience in Sales and Marketing (Logistics/Shipping/Forwarding). Fresh grads may be considered

Technical Skills: Computer and MS Office Literate, Tech Savvy

Job Description:

Actively support the sales team for new sales opportunities through cold-calling, telemarketing and emailing.

Support sales team to increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence.

Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing customer focus attitude, with the ability to recommend an appropriate solution and creating value.

Updating of bi-monthly or monthly rates for International and Forwarding transactions from various shipping lines.

Collating schedules from various shipping lines.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer's experience.

Complete and update daily and weekly reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.

Developing in-depth knowledge of company's service features and benefits.

Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

Assist the Sales Team in sending of proposals, updated rates and shipping schedules to customers.

Creating a sales pipeline with the Sales team to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.

Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.

Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.
