Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot servers and network-related problems, including on-site diagnosis, isolation, assessment, and preventive maintenance.
- Test new releases of network operating systems, network software, and server hardware, and recommend server and network solutions and products to customers as needed.
- Maintain a high-level technical expertise by staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Must hold a degree in a Computer-related field.
- Should have at least three years of related technical experience, including a minimum of one year as a Service Engineer.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
