IT Support Specialist I (35K-40K | Remote | FREE AI Certification)

Anywhere in the Philippines | Remote | Night Shift (12 AM 9 PM)

You own the technical stability and uptime for a U.S.-based SaaS provider, ensuring end-users remain productive through expert-level hardware and software resolution. Your work directly impacts operational continuity by managing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure Active Directory, and system deployments via Microsoft Intune.

This is not a basic helpdesk role. You operate within a structured Tier II environment where you are responsible for proactive system administration, SharePoint/Teams governance, and complex troubleshooting. Best suited for IT professionals who value technical ownership, thrive in night-shift delivery models, and prefer clear, documented ticketing workflows over disorganized support requests.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 3 years of professional IT or Helpdesk experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory & System Administrator (Non negotiables)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Technical Support Delivery

You own the end-user experience, ensuring that technical friction is identified and resolved with speed and accuracy.

  • Provide high-tier support via phone and email for hardware and software issues.
  • Log, prioritize, and resolve support requests within the established ticketing system.
  • Guide users through resolution steps while maintaining high satisfaction standards.

System Administration & Infrastructure

You own the maintenance and monitoring of the cloud ecosystem to prevent downtime before it occurs.

  • Administer and support SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Monitor ticket queues to escalate and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Maintain hardware inventory, configurations, and system health benchmarks.

Deployment & Documentation

You ensure operational efficiency by automating deployments and creating clear technical resources.

  • Deploy and manage enterprise applications through Microsoft Intune.
  • Update and refine end-user documentation and internal knowledge base articles.
  • Execute system updates and maintenance cycles aligned with U.S. business requirements.
