Operations Manager
This role supports the Managing Director by owning operational governance, reporting cadence, and program execution across all service lines. It ensures data accuracy, operational rhythm, and execution discipline across the hub.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on operations role focused on driving accountability, ensuring data integrity, and enabling smooth cross-functional delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own operational governance cadence including reporting cycles, RAID logs, and performance tracking
• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI) for leadership reporting and decision-making
• Manage operational data pipelines using Excel, Power Query, and BI tools
• Run WBR/MBR governance rhythms using MS Teams and Power Automate
• Maintain SharePoint systems for documentation, reporting, and program tracking
• Coordinate cross-market and cross-functional delivery programs across SEA and DACH
• Automate manual workflows using AI tools and Microsoft 365 automation
• Prepare executive-level reporting and updates for global leadership
Required Competencies:
• 5+ years experience in operations, PMO, service delivery, or governance roles
• Strong Power BI and Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, data modeling) expertise
• Strong experience in MS 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate)
• Experience working across multi-geography teams and time zones
• Strong executive communication and reporting skills
• AI/automation mindset with hands-on use of AI tools in workflows
