Job Description

Overview:

The Project Manager will partner and coordinate, track, and execute technology initiatives. This role drives alignment, structure, and follow-through across projects. The ideal candidate is an organized communicator and systems thinker with strong attention to detail, a bias for action, and the ability to work across multiple time zones and teams.

This position is a night shift work-from-home position with a typical schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and monitor IT and software development projects.

· Build and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and risk logs in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft 365.

· Partner with other project managers, developers, and analysts to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are clear and tracked.

· Summarize project progress, blockers, and next steps for executive reporting.

· Manage dependencies across teams (engineering, operations, compliance) and escalate issues early.

· Support documentation and governance tracking for audits, release management, and change control.

· Lead regular cadence meetings (daily standups, weekly syncs, monthly reviews) to ensure clarity and accountability.

· Create structured templates, reports, and tools that help the IT team work efficiently.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or executive support. in IT, software, or compliance-heavy environments.

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to simplify complex updates.

· Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and comfort with technical tools (ADO, Power BI preferred).

· Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT governance.

· Comfortable working overlapping hours with U.S. leadership and leading teams across time zones.

· Ability to anticipate needs, follow up without prompting, and manage multiple priorities.

· Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Preferred:

· Experience working with engineering teams or in Agile/Scrum environments.

· Familiarity with the SDLC, DevOps, or software release processes.

· Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or cloud-native systems is a plus.

· Experience supporting cross-functional or global leadership is a plus
