We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to oversee the company's technology environment, including software systems, hardware infrastructure, network operations, cybersecurity, data protection, and IT asset management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and end-user technology.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data privacy, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
- Administer IT asset management, including procurement, inventory control, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
- Lead technology projects and process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and governance practices.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of all technology systems and services.
- Provide technical recommendations to management on technology investments and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, network administration, IT asset management, and vendor management.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives and technology project management is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
