Lead the planning and management of the organization's IT resources, ensuring systems and infrastructure operate efficiently and within approved budgets.
Oversee the day to day performance of servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications to maintain reliable and secure operations.
Supervise the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network components.
Manage the evaluation and procurement of technology solutions, including replacement or upgrade of existing equipment and systems.
Identify and resolve technical issues affecting system performance, while implementing improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Monitor system performance and prepare reports related to IT operations, availability, and utilization.
Ensure all technology practices comply with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assess potential technology risks and establish appropriate backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend improvements that support operational needs and long term growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant professional experience in information technology management or a similar leadership role.
Demonstrated experience overseeing IT infrastructure, systems administration, and enterprise services.
Working knowledge of network architecture, configuration, and deployment.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, structured cabling, wireless networking, and cybersecurity practices.
Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments including Windows servers and productivity tools.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP is an advantage.
