About the Role
SM Investments Corporation is looking for a motivated IT Intern to assist in system support, troubleshooting, and IT-related projects, while gaining practical experience in technical operations and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Assist with day-to-day IT tasks and support
- Help maintain and organize IT files, records, and documentation
- Provide basic technical assistance for hardware and software concerns
- Support system updates and simple troubleshooting
- Assist in IT-related projects and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings and trainings
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related course
- Can render at least 400 hrs. of internship
- Will be able to submit a Memorandum of Agreement from his/her school
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
- Basic knowledge of computers and technology
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
