Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
- Lead and manage the implementation team, plan their project assignments, monitor their activities, and provide guidance to support the efficient and effective performance of each member of the team.
- Develop and maintain project schedule which includes the estimated cost as well as the forecasted schedule and cascade to all stakeholders.
- Conduct system scoping, evaluation, and assessment.
- Conduct system completeness checking.
- Review the submissions of project team members.

- Training Materials - Training Outline, Curriculum, Hands-on and Examinations
- General Activity Checklist per Project
- Assessment Report to Sales (TOR vs HRIS functionalities and features).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Management or other related courses.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Certification is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and delivery.
- Willing to work on-site and can start as soon as possible.
- Willing to work on a 7:30AM to 6:00PM schedule, Monday to Friday.
- Experienced with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
