JOB SUMMARY
The INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) HEAD leads and manages the company's overall technology operations, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business growth. This role oversees IT strategy, infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives across head office and all store locations.
The IT Head partners with executive leadership to drive technology innovation, operational efficiency, and scalable solutions for a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap
- Oversee operations of all core systems (POS, ERP/SAP, HRIS, CRM, etc.)
- Ensure stable IT service delivery across stores, commissary, warehouse, and head office
- Manage infrastructure including network, cloud, servers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and store systems
- Strengthen cybersecurity, data privacy compliance, and risk management
- Lead system rollouts, upgrades, and new store IT deployments
- Manage IT budget (CAPEX/OPEX) and vendor partnerships
- Establish IT standards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Lead and develop the IT team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership role
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-site setup preferred
- Strong background in enterprise systems, infrastructure, and project management
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
